Columbus Indiana Disc Golf Club is proud to present the Easter Baskets Fundraiser at Ceraland Park. This will be a C-Series PDGA Sanctioned event fundraiser for the Columbus Indiana Disc Golf Club.
This event will be 1 Round Flex tee times of 18 Holes at Ceraland Lakeside Park course in Columbus Indiana. $5 of entry fee goes to park and facility fee for entry. Please contact tournament director if you are a current Ceraland Member for a discount code. Am's player pack retail value $26.98 (coupon $5 + disc $15.99 + mini $5.99)

The MPO, MP40, MA40, MA1 and MA2 divisions will play the long Blue Tees, all other divisions will play the short White tees.
$5 optional ace pool - if no aces are hit, anything raised will be donated to Columbus Indiana Disc Golf Club.
$5 optional 50/50 CTP
CTP divided between rounds 1 and 2 and Columbus Indiana Disc Golf Club: 25% of total raised goes to the round 1 CTP winner, 25% of total raised goes to round 2 CTP winner, and the remaining 50% of total raised goes to Columbus Indiana Disc Golf Club.
Amateur Division winners (min. 3 players) will receive a trophy. Open Division players will play for a payout, after the fundraiser portion has been taken out.
Players packs will include an Easter Egg with a coupon for One Human Endeavor Pro Shop, and a PDGA disc and mini.
After tournament party at the new pro shop at 314 12th St. close to 12th and Washington street.

Refund policy
Columbus Indiana Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration (March 27th, 8:30pm) and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund. All funds will go to Columbus Indiana Disc Golf Club.
