About this tournament

Welcome to the Earth Day Double Double!

This is the Grand Opening Event of our newest disc golf course on the Treasure Coast in Vero Beach. This event being on the weekend of Earth Day, we wanted to focus on taking care of the Earth & our community! We will be doing this by having 2 separate five minute periods before each round where everyone on that hole will collect trash and debris to help clean up the earth & the course. Our goal is to have every person from every card picking up trash 5 mins before each round on every starting hole!

This tournament will be a pick your own partner doubles event that will consist of 2 rounds. The first round being "Worst Shot" & the second round being "Best Shot." The scores from both rounds will be accumulative to figure the winners of each division.

There will be 3 different divisions.

A Pool - Cash Prizes (recommended for Int/Adv players)
B Pool - Product Prizes (recommended for Beg/Int players)
Mix Pool - Mixed Pool (For Mixed Gender Teams or Adult/Junior 10>)

More Info on "Worst Shot"
- For worst shot your team will be playing the furthest, hardest, worst throw of the team each throw. For Example: If one team member lands ob and the other lands in bounds, you must take the ob shot.
- Finishing out a hole. To finish a hole BOTH players must make the putt for it to count. If one team member throws it in and the other does not, you must take the one that didn't go in.
- If you throw a hole in one, your partner MUST throw it in as well for it to count as a 1 on the score card. However IF this does happen and you are in the ace pot you will still be eligible for the ace pot.

The Top 3 teams of each division will get pay out/product.
