TOURNAMENT INFO:

>PICK UP your Player pack at the Friday Family Doubles between 3pm-6pm. If you can't make it on Friday they will be available on Saturday during registration.

>Sign up before July 20th to guarantee your correct t-shirt size.

> We will do shotgun start this year with In-Person Players Meeting

> Groups will be organized by division.

> We will have an optional Chapel and Clinic before the tournament! You don't want to miss it!

> IMPORTANT: When registering you must register for the age the player will turn during the calendar year, not the age at the time of the event.

CHAPEL EVENT
Our Theme is all about Community! Our dynamic speaker, Brian Smith, is coming to give a devotional from Athletes In Action.

TOURNAMENT PLAY:

> We will have you use the PDGA Live Scoring for this event. Online scoring only. Please make sure your phone is charged. EVERYONE must keep score this year.

> The 12yr and younger Divisions will play ONE round followed by fun individual games after your round along with other festivities.

The15yr old Divisions and up will play TWO Rounds this year with a later Awards Ceremony. (We heard you asking for years! We are excited to offer a 2nd round for the older kids)

> LUNCH will be provided. StrEATS Taco Kitchen Food Truck is going to bring us a delicious meal! They are downtown Zeeland if you want to stop in and check them out. a

> 1st Place Trophies with your Name & PDGA #, Medallion Awards for 1st -3rd places and payouts for all divisions. Disc Baron will do payouts!

Divisions will be played as followed:

Layout A - Regular Long (18U / 15U / MJ12)
Layout B - Mixed Pads (FJ12 / MJ10)
Layout C - New Temporary Short Course located in the outdoor Playscape area. (FJ10 / 8U)

A = All Long
B = MID on 2-4,6,7,9-12,14,15,18 - Everything around 200ft
C = Separate All Short Course in the Natural Playground area. Nothing over 100ft

> Essential Discs is also awarding points for their Juniors series if you play in our tournament.

> LAYOUT C: For our Youngest players we are adding a 9 hole fun course that will be played twice and set up the day of the event. We will mark it out on the Wednesday before with flags. This should allow more kids to play as well as better flow of the tournament which is more fun for all!


FRIDAY FAMILY DOUBLES:

Come join us Friday afternoon from 3-6pm to enjoy some family fun!

You will not be playing for your overall score, but there will be prizes to be won on every hole!

To play, sign up one family member and one junior disc golfer as a team and you will play 18 holes at the Breakers Course. Each hole will have a CTP, longest drive, longest putt, or something fun to be won. It is not required to keep your total score, but we just want to see the family come together and have fun!
