Refund policy
Chains is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
• Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
• Official withdrawals must be written to [email redacted] to be eligible as an official withdrawal.
• Waitlist players who do not get a spot in the event receive a 100% monetary refund.
• Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund.
• Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled, otherwise 50% monetary will be refunded.
• Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 3-14 days of the start of the event receive a 100% cash refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled, otherwise 25% monetary will be refunded.
• No refund is given for cancellations 2 days prior to the tournament day.
• Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives no refund.
• Processing fees from Paypal and Disc Golf Scene are NOT refundable.
