Refund policy
TOURNAMENT REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Player pack will not be received if you are not physically able to check in. ID is required.
Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Players packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Waitlist players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund.

Official withdrawals must be made to [email redacted]. Any other method is not processed as an official withdrawal.

Any cancellation done at the latest June 7th will receive a full cash refund minus the processing fee.
Cancellations from June 8th to 22nd will receive a full cash refund minus the processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you may choose between moving your spot for Tyyni 2023 event, a 50% cash refund or a 70% refund in merchandise credit to NBDG store.
Cancellations from June 23rd to 30th will receive a full cash refund minus the processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you may choose between moving your spot for Tyyni 2023 event, a 25% cash refund or a 40% refund in merchandise credit to NBDG store.
Cancellations after June 30th will receive a full cash refund minus the processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no refund.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
Processing fees mean PayPal and Disc Golf Scene fees, which are out of organizers control, and a fee of 10€ that goes to the organizer. This would in total mean a sum of something between 10 to 20 euros depending on the PP and DGS fee.
In case of cancellation because of COVID-19, we aim to REFUND the players first or give you some other options.
