About this tournament

This event is to raise a few extra dollars for the Emporia Police Department Benefit Association and to have a SUPER fun and ghoulish good time!
This will be a random draw doubles event, with a goal of having one experienced disc golfer paired with one brand new, or significantly less experienced player. Format will be BEST SHOT (Which means both players throw a shot and then the players move to the best shot and throw again, until you make it in the basket).
Every Player will receive a disc for attending the event and there will be Pay Outs in the form of Dynamic Discs Gift Cards!!
If you are a brand new player and need a disc (or 2) to play...please make a note when you register, so we can be sure to have some extras for use!
This event will be played on a SHORTENED and REWORKED 9 holes at Jones Park that utilizes some current holes, with a few additions for flow. It will also be a DUSK round, with some lit up baskets and a Halloween vibe! (This event is in replacement of the annual 5K Zombie Run, as the EPBA wanted to try something a little different this year...so there MAY be some Zombies on the course, but don't worry...they are well trained and won't get decapitated by any discs!)
Prior to the round there will be pumpkin carving for the kids and those pumpkins will be on display to light up the baskets and after there will be a Night Time Movie in the Park!!
This is the 1st year we are trying this out...so, please...COME OUT AND HAVE A GREAT TIME! Show your support for the local PD and let's keep this event going for years to come!
