    Player meeting for 16 Player Bracket

    9:00am - 1:00pm at Turner Park

    Prelims first round tee time. Only 8 players will advance

    2:00pm - 6:00pm at Turner Park

    Quarter Finals second round tee time. Only 4 players will advance.

    9:00am - 1:00pm at Trophy Club Park

    Semi-Finals third round tee time. The winners advance to the finals. The two players who took a loss in the semi-finals will play one more round to decide third place.

    2:00pm - 6:00pm at Trophy Club Park

    Finals. This decides the Match Play winner of the local qualifier and the third place finisher as well.

Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2018
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player?s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2018 season, it may change for specific events.
