The TC (Trilogy Challenge) is a unique event, co-sponsored by three disc golf manufacturers (hence the name “Trilogy”), where participants get 3 unreleased discs, plus other accessories, just for signing up. Each player uses only these three discs to play their round. While any skill level can participate, the TC was designed to bring out newcomers. A player does not need to own or bring any disc golf equipment to participate.

The idea behind Trilogy Challenge is to grow the sport of disc golf by providing beginners with everything they need to play. The event started in 2014 with 273 events around the world with just over 10,000 players competing in these events. In 2015, Trilogy Challenge had 300 events in 47 states and 11 different countries with 12,500 total players. I’ve never played disc golf. Is the Trilogy Challenge for me?

Yes, anyone can play. The most important aspect of the Trilogy Challenge is to get new players out to play disc golf and have fun! Don’t be discouraged or nervous to attend a Trilogy Challenge if you have never played disc golf. This is a perfect opportunity to get started.

This is not a PDGA-sanctioned event. The PDGA divisions are used as a guideline to register.

*Divisions may be combined or removed at the TD’s discretion if there are not enough participants for a given division. Prizes may change depending on the final divisions and number of participants. It is our goal to get as many prizes in the hands of participants as possible!

CTPs: There will be several CTPs (closest to the pin) during the event!

Ace Pool: The ace pool will be split if multiple aces are hit. If no aces are hit during the event, the ace pool will be donated to the course for needed improvements such as bridges, new baskets, etc.

Registration info: There must be a minimum of 25 entrants to run a Trilogy Challenge. If the minimum is not met by the registration deadline, the event will have to be canceled. Please tell your friends and let's fill this thing up!!! Players' packs will be ordered 2 weeks before the tournament date. You must be pre-registered. Any player who fails to pick up his/her player's pack will forfeit the pack after 3 months. No refunds will be given for forfeited player's packs.

Waitlist: After a player is promoted from the waitlist, the remainder of the payment must be received within 48 hours or they forfeit their waitlist position.

Greater Oconee Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. After Aug 11th players will not get a refund but will receive a Players Pack. Per PDGA Regulation, no refunds for Waitlist, all refunds will be charged a $10 service fee.
