    Dynamic Discs BYOP Doubles @ Trophy Club (Optional)

    BYOP (Bring your own partner) Doubles event. This is a flex start event, meaning you and your partner may tee off anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. as long as you have another team to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $40/Pro Teams
    $30/Amateur Teams
    $10/Team optional ace pot

    No more than two teams per card. All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next BYOP Doubles if no aces are hit. 18 holes. The ace pot starts at $890.

    8:00am - 3:00pm

    Dynamic Discs Flex Start Friday @ Trophy Club (Optional)

    Singles PDGA C tier from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. This is a flex start event, meaning you may tee off anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. as long as you have no less than three and no more than four players in a group to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $20 for all divisions
    $10 Non PDGA fee
    $5 optional ace pot

    All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next Singles event if no aces are hit. 18 holes. The ace pot is playing for $1000.00

    Early Player Check-in for the Trophy Club Open on Friday

    First round tee times will begin during this time-frame.

    Please check-in at hole one 8 minutes before your tee time.

    Second round tee times will begin during this time-frame.

    Any first place ties will begin a sudden death tie breaker starting on hole one immediately after the tie is confirmed.

    Awards will be handed out to each division as they finish their final round and winners are declared.

Cancellation Policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2020
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2020 season, it may change for specific events.
