About this tournament

This is the Dynamic Discs Dirty Dozen Tour stop #5. This tournament will consist of three rounds only. Each team will play The Hideaway DGC three times. Two Rounds on Saturday and one round on Sunday. This will be shotgun start format. Rounds will begin at 8:00 a.m. each day (subject to change) to give everyone plenty of daylight to complete their rounds with time to spare for travel. There's a strict team cap of 54. Camping is available through registration. Registration opens Friday, February 3rd 2023 @ 6:00 p.m. Please email [email redacted] with any additional questions.

Box lunches will be available for purchase on site on Saturday in between rounds.

Refund policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2023

*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2023 season, it may change for specific events.

Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
