    6:30am - 7:45am

    Team Check-in begins at tournament central. DD RV will be parked near hole 9.

    8:00am

    First round starts. All divisions will play the concrete tees. First round will consist of "alternating shot". Alternating shot is exactly what it sounds like. You and your partner will alternate throws from the time you tee off on your first hole, until the time the last putt sinks. You do not restart the rotation on any hole.

    There will be a 1 1/2 hour lunch break from the time the last scorecard is turned in from the first round. Michael Keith will be onsite serving brisket chili for lunch. This is FREE compliments of Dynamic Discs Carrollton. Please make sure you wear your mask from the time you get in line until the time you receive your meal. Sanitizer will be available at the DD RV and where the food will be served. Please practice social distancing (6 feet apart) while in line. 

    12:00pm - 1:00pm

    **We will not know the start time of the second round until the last scorecard from the first round is turned in.***

    All divisions will play the concrete tees. This round will consist of "best disc". This means both players will throw from the tee, then play from the best lie (based on the teams decision). This continues until the hole has been completed. We also call this a scramble format, or regular doubles format. 

    Any first-place tiebreakers after the final round on Sunday day will begin immediately on hole 9.

    If no aces are hit, a throw off will happen after all scores are in and tallied. Awards will immediately follow.

Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2020
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2020 season, it may change for specific events.
