    Amateur teams payout merchandise from the DD RV
    Flex Start From 9AM-3PM. No more than two teams per card. All teams will tee off on hole 9 and play in sequential order.

    9:00am - 5:00pm

    Early Check-in for the James Grider Memorial. The DD RV will be set up near the baseball fields.

    Late Check-in for the James Grider Memorial. The DD RV will be parked next to the baseball fields.

    Player meeting. It is encouraged to attend. There will be a one hour lunch break between rounds. Awards will begin as soon as final round scores are posted.

Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2018
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2018 season, it may change for specific events.
