About this tournament

This is the Dynamic Discs Dirty Dozen Tour stop #4. This tournament will consist of two rounds only. Each competitor will play the Bicentennial Disc Golf Course. One round each day. This will be a tee-time format. There's a strict player cap of 180. Registration opens Friday, February 3rd 2023 @ 6:00 p.m. Please email [email redacted] with any additional questions.

Remember, this is a two-round, two day, tee time event. Each competitor will be assigned a tee time no later than 8PM Friday, March 24th. B pool will tee off first with an approximate first tee time between 8-8:30AM.

A pool will play two rounds of 19 from the long concrete tees with the exception of holes 7 and 13 which will be played from the short concrete tees.

B pool will play their first round of 19 from the short concrete tee boxes and their second round of 19 from the long concrete tee boxes with the exception of holes 7 and 13 which will be played from the short concrete tees

Refund policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2023

*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2023 season, it may change for specific events.

Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
