Once all cards are in and scores submitted and verified, Awards for the Cedar Hill Open will be given out.
Between Cedar Hill and Dirty Dozen Tour Awards, we will have a ring of fire with giveaways to pass the time while points and payout are being tallied.
Trophies for the top three spots for the dirty dozen tour divisional winners will be given out after the ring of fire. We will not ship trophies to you. Trophies not received onsite will be available at Dynamic Discs Carrollton for pickup anytime during business hours beginning November 17. Stick around for ring of fire and Dirty Dozen Tour awards!

About this tournament
This is the 2025 Dynamic Discs Dirty Dozen Tour FINALE. This tournament will consist of three rounds of 18 holes. Two rounds on Saturday, November 15th and a final round on Sunday, November 16th. All rounds will be a shotgun start format. Each competitor will play the Beaver and the Coyote courses at Lester Lorch Park. Only concrete tee pads will be played. Pin positions for this event will be released as soon as they are available. There is a strict player cap of 144 players. Registration opens Friday, June 20, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m.. At the conclusion of this event, event trophies will be presented. Immediately after, 2025 Dirty Dozen Tour Points trophies will be given out along with added payout (cash and merchandise) for Dirty Dozen Tour points finalists!

Each amateur participant will receive a $60 Voucher to use at The Dynamic Discs RV or at Dynamic Discs Carrollton

All division caps and waitlists will be reconciled/condensed as much as possible beginning the Monday (11/10/25) before the event. You can ask questions about it before then, but the answer is right here.

All first place trophies will be awarded out at the Dynamic Discs RV once all rounds have been completed. We will not ship your trophies to you. You must come and pick them up at the DD RV.

Refund policy
*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee if your spot is not filled at the time of refund request. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2025 season, it may change for specific events.
Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to withdraw due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
