    9:00am - 6:00pm

    Dynamic Discs BYOP Doubles at Coyote. Lester Lorch Park. This is an unsanctioned doubles flex start. The cost is $20 for Amateur teams and $30 for Pro teams. There is an optional ace pot which is $10/team. The ace pot starts at $570! No more than two teams per card. Last tee off for this event is 6PM.

    9:00am - 6:00pm

    Dynamic Discs Flex Start Friday @ Beaver. Lester porch Park. This is a Flex Start PDGA C tier. The cost is $22 for any division. If you are not a current PDGA member there is an additional $10 temporary member fee. There is also an optional ace pot for $5. The ace pot will start at $795!!!! No more than 4 players to a card, and no less than 3 for course flow purposes. All long tees will be used. Last time to tee off is 6PM!

    12:00pm - 7:00pm

    Early Check-In/Late Registration starts for The Cedar Hill Open. First come first served on select player pack items. Dynamic Discs will be set up at Lester Lorch Park all day for Friday events and early check-in.

    6:30am - 7:45am

    Late Check-in begins. Tournament Central is at Lester Lorch Park Saturday and Sunday. If you received your player pack on Friday, you do not need to check in again.

    Player meeting begins. Start time for the first round is unknown until the player meeting is complete. There will be a one hour lunch between rounds. Round 2 tee time will be announced once the last card of the first round has been turned in for each pool. Each pool will most likely have separate second round tee times. We will announce this on the facebook event page, onsite, and the Cedar Hill Disc Golf facebook page.

    The third and final round for all divisions. Hole assignments will be set out by 7:30AM. The start horn will sound at 8:30AM sharp. Don't be late! Awards will immediately follow the third round.

About this tournament

This is a three-round event. 18 holes each round.

A Pool will play the courses in the following order: Beaver, Coyote, Beaver. A Pool consists of all pro divisions, MA1, and MA40.

B Pool will play the courses in this order: Coyote, Beaver, Coyote. B Pool Consists of MA50, MA60, MA2, MA3, all amateur women divisions and all junior divisions.

Refund policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2018
*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2018 season, it may change for specific events.

Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
