Player Meeting. First Round start time depends on when the player meeting ands and when scorecards are passed out. There will be a one hour lunch in between rounds. The optional $5 ace pot is CASH ONLY! Be sure to bring $5 cash with you to the tournament if you would like to enter into the ace pot Saturday morning.
Refund policy
Cancellation Policy
*If you need to cancel for any event, it must be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under seven days from the tournament date will be refunded in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the day of the tournament, you will only receive the standard players' package for that event.
