    9:00am - 6:00pm at Will Hair Park

    BYOP (Bring your own partner) Doubles event. This is a flex start event, meaning you and your partner may tee off anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. as long as you have another team to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $40/Pro Teams
    $30/Amateur Teams
    $10/Team optional ace pot

    No more than two teams per card. All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next BYOP Doubles if no aces are hit. Ace pot starts at $700. 18 holes

    9:00am - 6:00pm at Will Hair Park

    Singles PDGA C tier from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. This is a flex start event, meaning you may tee off anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. as long as you have no less than three and no more than four players in a group to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $25 for all divisions
    $10 Non PDGA fee
    $5 optional ace pot

    All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next Singles event if no aces are hit. Ace pot plays for $1000. 18 holes

    12:00pm - 7:00pm at Will Hair Park

    Early player check-in for the Abilene Wild Hair will be from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. It is recommended players check-in on Friday if already in town.

    Please be in attendance if you can. We will make sure plenty of time is given to drive to each course for the first round.

    There will be an hour lunch break between the rounds. This will be announced once the last card from each pool has been turned in. Most likely each pool will have different start times for the second round.

    Please make sure scorecards are picked up and turned in at the location you receive them. Thanks!

    Final Round Tee Time for all players. Pick up cards at the course where you begin. Awards will begin at Will Hair immediately after all scores and payout is uploaded.

Cancellation Policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2019
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2019 season, it may change for specific events.
