A 1 1/2 hour lunch break will begin once the final card is turned in from the first round.1:30pm - 5:00pm
Estimated round 2 tee times for all divisions begin (second round start time will be dictated by when the first round finishes).
ALL Pro & MA1 will play the Long tees.
All Other Ams & Women play short tees.

Awards will take place at tournament central immediately after the second round concludes.
Any first place ties will begin a sudden death play off on hole one immediately following the second round.

This is the 3rd Annual BlackBerry Pines Open. This tournament will consist of two rounds only. Each competitor will play the BlackBerry Pines course. There's a strict player cap of 100. Registration opens March 28, 2025 @ 6:00 p.m. Please email [email redacted] with any additional questions.
Brock Cummings (owner) has done an amazing job with the design and installment of this course. Brock, along with Innova and Dynamic Discs is excited to host you for this event. If you like East Texas disc golf you're gonna love this place! Lots of tall pines, tight lines, and that amazing, private disc golf course experience.
Terraform Landscape Management is adding a minimum of $1200 added cash!!!!
Optional Camping allowed for $10 per person per night
Greens Fee $20 per person (included in registration fee)
All amateurs receive a $20 voucher for player pack
All amateur divisions will payout to 45% of each division
There is an optional lunch onsite by oMike Keith BBQ for $10/plate

All Other Ams & Women play SHORT tees both rounds

Divisions with zero entries will be deleted on Monday, June 9, 2025. All waitlists will be consolidated on this day if applicable. Division caps may be adjusted to cater to waitlists as well.
All first place trophies will be awarded out at tournament central once all scores have been verified and submitted. We will not ship your trophies to you. Please make sure you get your trophy before you leave! Trophies will be for 1st place winners only.

Refund policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2025
*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee if your spot is not filled at the time of refund request. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2025 season, it may change for specific events.
Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to withdraw due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
