This is a tee-time event. One round each day. Three straight days - Friday thru Sunday. Each day tee times will begin as early as 7:30 and start as late as 2:30PM.
Player pack information will not be disclosed until check-in begins on Thursday, September 28, 2023.

A pool plays Hickory, Dogwood, Dogwood
B Pool Plays Dogwood, Cedar, Hickory
C Pool plays Cedar, Hickory, Cedar
A pool: All pro divisions
B pool: MA1, MA40, MA50, MA60
C Pool: Amateur Women, MA70, MA2, MA3, Juniors
*TROPHIES FOR ALL DIVISIONS
If the division you are competing in does not have at least 3 players by September 1st, Trophies for that division will only be awarded to first place. Trophies awarded to first place in divisions with less than three people will be different than those awarded to division winners with three or more competing.

The Vending Fee is $200
Vending Fee includes vendor spot for all three days of competition plus a spot at the Flymart on Saturday night at the player party. We are pretty easy to work with so email Stevo and we will get you squared away!

2023 Piney Woods Open Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT!!
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Players packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in. ID required.
Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Players packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Wait list players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund minus the processing fee from Disc Golf Scene.
Official withdrawals must be made to [email redacted] or [email redacted] submitted through Disc Golf Scene registration or email only.
Any cancellation before September 3rd will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee.
Cancellations between September 3rd through September 17th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations from September 18th through September 24th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled you will receive a 25% cash refund. Cancellations after September 24th will receive a full cash refund minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the wait list. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no refund.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
