All first place trophies will be awarded out at the Gazebo by hole one at the Roadrunner course. This will happen throughout the day as divisions finish their rounds. We will not ship your trophies to you. You must come and pick them up at the Gazebo.
Any ties for first place in any division will result in a sudden death playoff as a tie-breaker. Those competitors involved will begin the playoff immediately on hole one on the same course they started that day. Please see your course TD onsite for direction regarding sudden death playoffs to ensure a seamless transition.

About this tournament
This tournament will consist of two rounds only. A Pool competitors will play the Roadrunner course for both rounds (long tees both rounds). B Pool will play the Roadrunner Course the first round (short tee pads) and the Scorpion Course the second Round. One round each day on a tee time format. Tee times will begin as early as 7:30 a.m. each day to give everyone plenty of daylight to complete their round with time to spare for travel. There's a strict player cap of 180. YES, WE ARE MONITORING THE WEATHER FOR TRAVEL CONDITIONS. WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED, BUT WE WILL NOT START GIVING WEATHER UPDATES UNTIL THURSDAY, JAN 29TH TO MAKE SURE WE CAN ANTICIPATE WHAT WE MAY BE DEALING WITH. IF IT'S SUPER COLD AND THE SUN IS SHINING, WE WILL NOT CANCEL/POSTPONE/MOVE THIS EVENT UNLESS THE HIDEAWAY DGR DEEMS IT NECESSARY

Courses will be marked for play by Friday, January 30th at 8:00AM. Rule sheets will be pushed out by the beginning of the week of the event at the very latest.
RV Hookups now available at the HIDEAWAY
Hookups include electric only. No water and no sewage. Call the Hideaway to make reservations before spaces run out!!!!! (214) 226-9615. You cannot book RV spots on discgolfscene.com

Trophies will be awarded to first place only. Divisions not formed by January 19, may not receive a trophy for first place in that division

Refund policy
*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee if your spot is not filled at the time of refund request. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2026 season, it may change for specific events.
Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to withdraw due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
