    Dynamic Discs Presents BYOP Doubles @ Coyote (Optional)

    BYOP (Bring your own partner) Doubles event. This is a flex start event, meaning you and your partner may tee off anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. as long as you have another team to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $30/Pro Teams
    $30/Amateur Teams
    $10/Team optional ace pot

    No more than two teams per card. All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next BYOP Doubles if no aces are hit. 18 holes.

    9:00am - 6:00pm

    Dynamic Discs Presents Flex Start Friday @ Coyote (Optional)

    Singles PDGA C tier event from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. This is a flex start event, meaning you may tee off anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. as long as you have no less than three and no more than four players in a group to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:

    $20 for all divisions
    $10 Non PDGA fee
    $5 optional ace pot

    All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next Singles event if no aces are hit. 18 holes.

    10:00am - 4:00pm

    Early Check-in for all players. This is for your player packs and player check-in at DD RV.

    6:00pm - 6:00pm

    An hour and a half lunch break will begin once the final card is turned in from the first round. Round 2 tee times for all divisions begin (second round start time will be dictated by when the first round finishes).

    Awards will take place at the DD RV immediately after the second round concludes.

    Any first place ties will play off on hole one immediately on the course you played that day.

About this tournament

This is the Dynamic Discs Dirty Dozen Tour stop #9. This tournament will consist of two rounds with Advanced, Recreational, and Junior divisions playing on Aug 5th. Each competitor will play the Beaver Golf Course and the Coyote Disc Golf Course. This will be a shotgun start with two rounds of 18 holes on SATURDAY, AUG 5th. A Pool will play Coyote First and then Beaver. B Pool will play Beaver first and then Coyote. There will be a 1 1/2 hour lunch in between rounds once the last scores of the first round are verified. There's a strict player cap of 180. Registration opens Friday June 16th, 2023 @ 8:00 p.m. Please email [email redacted] with any additional questions.

Refund policy

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2023

*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2023 season, it may change for specific events.

Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
