Dynamic Discs BYOP Doubles @ Ash Creek (Optional)
BYOP (Bring your own partner) Doubles event. This is a flex start event, meaning you and your partner may tee off anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. as long as you have another team to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:
$40/Pro Teams
$30/Amateur Teams
$10/Team optional ace pot
No more than two teams per card. All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next BYOP Doubles if no aces are hit. 18 holes. All Doubles teams play from the SHORT tees where available8:00am - 3:00pm
Dynamic Discs Flex Start Friday @ Ash Creek (Optional)
Singles PDGA C tier from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. This is a flex start event, meaning you may tee off anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. as long as you have no less than three and no more than four players in a group to tee off with. The layout and cost for this is as follows:
$20 for all divisions
$10 Non PDGA fee
$5 optional ace pot
All cards start on hole 1. The ace pot rolls over to the next Singles event if no aces are hit. 18 holes. Singles players will play from the SHORT tees where available.

Player Welcome at tournament central (Ash Creek DGC). This is not mandatory, but encouraged.

There will be a 1 hour lunch break between rounds. This is due to daylight. We will not know when the second round starts until all scores have been electronically verified by each person in the field.1:00pm - 4:30pm
Second Round begins. Shotgun start. This time is an estimation. The second round start time will be dictated by the last scores verified in each pool. There will be a 1 hour lunch break between rounds due to daylight.

Any tie breakers will immediately begin on hole one of the course currently being played.

Refund policy
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2022
*If you need to cancel for any event, the request MUST be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days from the tournament date will receive a 50% refund minus a $10 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us properly to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2022 season, it may change for specific events.
Once a player begins his/her round, there will be no refunds given for any reason. If a player has to quit due to injury, illness, or an emergency during their round, a score of 999 will be assessed for not finishing the event as long as the Tournament Director is notified. If a player walks off the course in the middle of their round and fails to tell the Tournament Director or any of the tournament staff, the player will receive an 888. Communication is key so DDC can better serve you.
