Hello Disc Golfers!
Thanks so much for choosing to play the Cardinal Classic this weekend. It's our 1st year running the event and it's crazy to think of how many participants we have. Thanks so much for signing up and being a part of it!
On to the details:
-This event is a shotgun start. We will start at 9:00 a.m. That means you should be on your hole and ready to throw at 9:00 a.m. There will be no player meeting. This email is your player meeting.
Saturday will play Longs first. Then Shorts.
Sunday will play Longs both rounds.
There will be no board for this player meeting. Everything will be shown on the PDGA event page. We will be using live scoring as the primary scorekeeping and paper cards as the back up score.
-The website for the PDGA live scoring app is www.pdga.com/scores and the password for the event is:

EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD!!! YOUR ENTIRE CARD WILL BE DISQUALIFIED IF YOU DON'T!!!!!!!!! DON'T FORGET TO FINALIZE YOUR SCORE ONCE THE ROUND IS OVER!!!!!!
We will post hole assignments on the PDGA event page. That can be found here: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/50598. We will post starting holes on Friday around 2:00 p.m. We will also post starting holes here during lunch for the second round.
You will have an hour and 15 minutes for lunch after the last card is turned in. We will post the second-round tee time on the PDGA page as well as the Facebook event page. PAYOUT
Pros: Pros will be paid out via Paypal on Monday. If your Paypal address is different than the address you used to sign up for the event, please let me know before you leave Saturday.
Ams: Ams will be paid out via store credit. You will be able to check out your store credit as soon as we get it figured out via this Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hOUquiTsZ66m0d0JPJZrxh82YbZtG36Xp0PAvMNtRWw/edit?usp=sharing
PLAYER PACKS:
Due to a general lack of discs available for custom stamping, we are issuing everyone a voucher for $16 plus taxes. You can use this in the Dynamic Discs NWA store for anything you would like.

There will be no OB sheets for this event. If you would like to have a physical copy of the OB sheet, you can print this attached OB sheet I've provided in this email. OB will also be listed on the PDGA scoring app, on the Facebook event page, and on the discgolfscene.com page where you signed up for this event.

Dynamic Discs Northwest Arkansas is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2021
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted] Cancellations more than 3 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 3 days from the tournament date will receive a 75% refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2021 season, it may change for specific events.
