Hello Disc Golfers!
Thanks so much for choosing to play the Frozen Fingers this weekend. It's our 1st year running the event and it's great to see everyone out playing. Thanks so much for signing up and being a part of it!
On to the details:
This event is a shotgun start. We will start at 9:00 a.m. That means you should be on your hole and ready to throw at 9:00 a.m. There will be no player meeting. This email is your player meeting.
Round 1 everyone will play the longs.
Round 2 everyone will play the shorts.
There will be no board for this player meeting. Everything will be shown on the PDGA event page. We will be using live scoring as the primary scorekeeping and the backup will also be pdga live scoring. Two people should be logged in keeping score at all times.
The website for the PDGA live scoring app is www.pdga.com/scores and the password for the event is: froze
EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD!!!
We will post hole assignments on the PDGA event page. That can be found here: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/56495 . We will post starting holes on Friday around 6:00 p.m. We will also post starting holes here during lunch for the second round.
You will have an hour for lunch after the last card is turned in. We will post the second-round tee time on the PDGA page as well as the Fayetteville DGA Facebook page.
PAYOUT
Pros: Pros will be paid out via Paypal on Monday. If your Paypal address is different than the address you used to sign up for the event, please let me know before you leave Saturday.
Ams: Ams will be paid out via store credit. You will be able to check out your store credit as soon as we get it figured out via this Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gIlJGbyAK-IVCL0EJNMRvUicltMOOO4kBQbkC1ctOZM/edit?usp=sharing
PLAYER PACKS:All Ams will receive a $20 store credit to Dynamic Discs NWA. That will be applied during the lunch of the event.
OBThere will be no OB sheets for this event. If you would like to have a physical copy of the OB sheet, you can print this attached OB sheet I've provided in this email. OB will also be listed on the PDGA scoring app, and on the discgolfscene.com page where you signed up for this event.

NO CHANGES OF DIVISION WITHIN 48HRS OF EVENT!
Ace pot payouts will be done electronically via Paypal, Venmo or Cashapp
All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a NON PLAYING parent or guardian as instructed by 1.13 Youth Safety in the competition manual.
All hole assignments will be done randomly via the PDGA tournament manager. We cannot guarantee who you will be playing with.
If there is an odd number in your division, you may be paired up with another division for the first round. DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH THIS. After the first round, we will go by score.

OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2022
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted] Cancellations more than 3 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 3 days from the tournament date will receive a 75% refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2022 season, it may change for specific events.
