About this tournament
Hey everyone. Thanks so much for signing up for the Razorbackology 2.0. We are excited to be partnering with Razorbackology again to bring you a fun event at a low entry fee. We look forward to seeing everyone in a few days.
I wanted to get some information out now so everyone is aware of how this Saturday will work. Please read this entire email so you are aware of how things will work.
1. There will be no player meeting on the morning of the event. This email is your player meeting. EVERY player must check-in at the DDNWA store before they go out to the course. Failure to check-in at with Matt or Bear could result in disqualification. At check-in, you will recieve your player pack disc and a paper scorecard to keep score on. The scorecard is for your entire group. Check-in will start at 9:30 a.m. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR CHECK IN!!!!
2. There will be no scoreboard for this event. We have created a google doc for you to pick your card and starting hole. You can pick your group and it doesn't matter what division everyone is playing in. All we ask is that you keep your group to a maximum of 4 total players. If you haven't filled in your starting hole by Friday at noon, we will go in and add you to a starting hole. 3. Payout will be in store credit. We will try and get payout added as soon as we can. You do not have to pick up your payout that day. It will go on your account and you will be able to pick it up anytime you would like. 4. Tee time is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and we will be playing all 27 holes. Once you finish hole 18 on the big course, you will come over and play 1-9 of the junior course. Once you complete that, you will go back to hole 1 of the big course and continue on.
5. We will not have water on the course due to COVID restrictions. Bring your own hydration!
6. As of right now, the forecast is calling for rain. We will be playing this tournament regardless of the weather. Bring appropriate rain great, extra towels, extra socks, ect. THE ONLY REASON THIS EVENT WILL BE POSTPONED IS IF THERE IS LIGHTNING. If it starts to lightning, we will blow a horn and bring everyone in for at least 30 minutes. Once we are lightning-free for 30 minutes, we will send everyone back out to continue.
7. OB is attached to this email. It is basic Tuesday Night Mini OB. Please read the OB. If you don't want to bring up this email on your phone, please print it off and bring it with you.
