Welcome to the 48th annual Doug Newland Memorial - Washington State Championships - Pro Side. This is the longest annually run State Championship in the world. We separated the Ams and Pros this year. The Amateur State Championships were held in July at Shelton Springs.
2 days, 3 rounds on the NW18 at Ft Steilacoom DGC in Lakewood, WA.
We will be providing added cash to payouts raised from the Washington State Doubles Championships, and from hole Sponsors.
1st place in MPO and FPO get name engraved on traveling trophies. Trophies will remain at Ft Steilacoom DGC and will be displayed in the proshop when it opens.
Custom trophies for 1st-3rd in any division with 5 or more competitors.
Custom trophy for 1st place only in division with 4 or less competitors.
Division caps were based off of past participation.
2 weeks (Sept 30) after registration has opened, any divisions with no registrants will be removed and those spots will be reallocated to divisions based on waitlist.
