This is the Inaugural PDGA event at Donner Ski Ranch, and a part of the Sierra Tahoe Series. We will take up to 120 players. Our format will be tee times with one round a day. You will be grouped in 5somes and tee off every 12 minutes. We will post tee times Wednesday night 8-21. Tee times will run from 8:00 until 1:00 each day. This will give you a chance to stop in the Old 40 Bar & Grill before your round for breakfast and/or after your round for lunch and an adult beverage. Tournament central will be on the deck.
Friday we will have a doubles round starting at 5:00, with sign ups starting at 4:30 in the restaurant. Saturday after our round we will have the raffle. The awards will start as soon as possible Sunday starting with the amateurs while the pros are still finishing. The lead group of open men will finish the final round on hole 18 right in front of the gallery on the restaurant deck.
The course has officially opened on June 26. So, remember to check in at the restaurant before your practice round to sign a waiver and pick up a course map. There is absolutely no smoking on the course at anytime. You will be disqualified from the tournament without a warning if you are seen smoking any product.
Pros and Ams will receive a tournament shirt as the players package (registration deadline for a shirt is 8-12) and all amateurs will also get a custom stamped Innova disc. Refunds will be paid in full minus paypal and discgolfscene fees until shirts have been ordered (8-12). Once the shirts are ordered, $15 will be deducted from your refund. Once the registration closes on 8-19, there will be no refunds.

Tournament director is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Once shirts have been ordered, the cost will be deducted from your refund. At the close of registration, no refunds will be issued.
