About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This is the inaugural event at the newest disc golf course in Douglas County. Built by Douglas County Parks and Recreation and designed by Tim Bell, Darren Schatz and Merritt Schatz. This course should be a challenge for both pros and amateurs. Cement tee pads on all holes and short pads on the more difficult holes. Lots of elevation changes and all wooded holes. Course plays as a Par 57.
We will be raising funds to support the American Legion Post 145 in Douglasville, GA. The American Legion helps our veterans in many ways. Help us support those that have sacrificed for our freedom.
The first 50 players to sign up will receive a disc with the course Grand Opening stamp.
Being a non-sanctioned tournament all divisions will be cash payouts.
50% of entry fees will go to the payout and the other 50% will go to the American Legion Post 145. Payouts will go to 40% of each division. Must have three players to make a division. No 3 meter rule.
