About this tournament
Format:
One round, captain's choice tournament with tee times every 15 minutes beginning at 10am. Please do not check in more than 20 minutes prior to your tee time.
Divisions:
+MEN'S >900 rating
+MEN'S <900 rating (If one of the players is rated above 900, the rating must be below
930 and the other player should be a true amateur player.)
+MIXED >850
+MIXED <850 (If one of the players is rated above 850, the rating must be below 880
and the other player should be a true amateur player.)
+WOMEN'S
Players Package:
Custom design long sleeve t-shirt, 20% off event apparel store by Savage, trick or treating around the course, Halloween costume contest, and CTP holes (men and women winners).
Register by October 9th to guarantee your selected shirt size
Other ghoulish opportunities:
1) Ace pot is available for $3 buy-in (winner(s) take all, if no winner, money will be donated to charity)
2) One mulligan per person can be purchased in advance during registration for $5 to be used at any point during the round, excluding CTP holes.
3) Dynamic Disc Scout Portable Basket Raffle. $5 for 1 entry, $10 for 3, and $20
for 7.
Prizes:
Gift cards for the winners of each division. A portion of entry fees will go to player packs/prizes, the rest will go to the charity.
Charity:
The tournament will benefit NAMI Virginia, a mental health support, education and advocacy nonprofit serving communities throughout Virginia. While we continue to deal with the impact of COVID, the long term mental health impact is just beginning with anticipated increases in anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, domestic violence and suicide. NAMI Virginia works everyday to support those impacted by mental health. Your support will help fund NAMI's helpline, free online programs, resources and community education.

Sarah Wilson is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
All refund requests by 10AM on October 30, 2020 will be refunded, less any transaction fees from DGScene and PayPal. Any refund requests after 10AM on October 30, 2020 will be refunded, less any transaction fees from DGScene and PayPal, IF a team from the waitlist fills the vacancy.
