Berth Distribution Prediction: 1 berth per 6 largest am divisions that need a berth to states. My assumption is MA1 MA2 MA3 MA4 MA40 and larger FA division. Divisions must have 3 or more players to qualify for a berth.
Fun Policy: This is a c tier, on a holiday, for fun. If you are going to take it uber seriously and make it out to be a DGPT event in your head, maybe this event isn't for you. We always try to put fun first at our events.
