About this tournament

Featuring a 9-hole pop-up course on the grounds of the historic Traverse City State Hospital. Competitors will play the 9-hole course three times, for a total of 27 holes in one round.

- Closest To the Pin prizes for every division.
- Trophies will be awarded to divisional winners.
- Complimentary snacks and refreshments.

Player Packs
All players will receive a free player pack (valued at $15+), containing an ERG Energy Bar, Zanfel Poison Ivy Wash, various snacks, and stickers.

Limited edition commemorative event shirts can be selected during registration for an additional fee.

Payouts
Electronic cash payouts for Ace Pool & 50/50s (ie: PayPal, Venmo, CashApp). Merchandise payouts for Amateur divisions (vouchers may be redeemed at the event or afterward via online fulfillment at AloftDG.com). Cash payouts & online vouchers will be distributed within two business days of the completion of the event.

Added Merchandise
Provided at no cost to players. Distributed among trophies, divisional CTPs, and player packs. The total added merchandise is subject to change based on final registration numbers.

Fees
Each entry includes pass-through fees, these per-player costs are:
PDGA: $2
TD: $2
Greens: $20

Divisions
There must be three or more players to make a division. If there are fewer than three competitors are registered for a division, players may be asked to move to another division for which they qualify. Exceptions will be made for female, junior, and senior (50+) divisions with at least two participants.

Refund policy

Withdrawals and refunds are handled in accordance with PDGA policy. https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

Players who officially request to withdraw before online registration closes will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee, minus a $10 handling fee. No refunds will be offered after online registration has closed.

Commemorative shirts are made to order and are non-refundable. Players who withdraw after August 12th @ Noon are responsible for picking up their shirt or covering associated shipping costs.
