About this tournament

Disc Golf for Kids’ Sake was founded in 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is developing into a series of disc golf fund-raising tournaments that benefits local chapters of Big Brothers Big Sisters. The tournaments are open to all skill levels and are centered around having a great time while raising funding for local chapters of the nation’s oldest youth mentoring organization. It is also a goal to raise awareness of and participation in the sport of disc golf.

Disc Golf for Kids’ Sake tournaments seek to include local and national companies in supporting an event that includes music, food, family entertainment, great disc golf, and prizes for participants. It is the intention of the founders to pair local disc golf associations around the country with their local chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters to establish a nationwide network of Disc Golf for Kids’ Sake fund-raising events.

Please feel free to contact Brent Walton, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah volunteer, if you would like to donate to, volunteer at, participate in, or are interested in starting your own Disc Golf for Kids’ Sake.

I hope to see you at an event!

Thank you!
