Disc Girls Mixed Doubles Fundraiser
About this tournament
Welcome to the 14th annual Mixed Doubles Fundraiser! This is a fundraiser for the Disc Girls Sponsored by Disc Teez Pro Shop event (Disc Girls will be held June 8, 2024). All proceeds will go towards women's disc golf.
Tournament Central and Check-in will be near hole 1.
This is a bring your own partner (1 male, 1 female) mixed doubles tournament. If you need a partner please contact me and I can try to find you one!
There will be 2 divisions this year, Pro Mixed and Am Mixed. If we can add more holes or the tournament doesn't fill then I will add a Cali division.
DIVISIONS - If you normally play PRO or ADVANCED you will play PRO Mixed. All other Ams will play Am Mixed. If one of your players is Pro or Advanced you will play Pro (With the exception of the FP70 women).
PMix is for Pro Mixed (Pro and Am1)
AMix is for Am Mixed (Am2 and below)
Pre-pay preferred for now due to popularity of this event. If it is not full by the end of February I will open up cashless pre-reg.
Cash pay out for Pro teams, merch payouts for Ams and Cali!
$20 will come out of each Pro entry to the fundraiser.
$2 will come out per person to give back to course maintenance.
Format: 2 rounds of 18 holes. We will be playing the black tees.
All teams will play the same format. Each round, each team must play from 8 of the men's drives and 8 of the women's drives, which leaves you with two floaters that can be used by either player. The rest of the hole is best shot.
OB LIST:
Any Sidewalk and over is Out of Bounds. All Parking Lots are Out of Bounds. River that runs along the back holes is Out of Bounds. Hole 17, Marsh area if surrounded by water is Out of Bounds.
Entry Fees:
Pro - $50, Men pay $30, women pay $20!
Am - $30, Men pay $20, women pay $10!
Pros, $20 of your entry fee will go to the fundraiser.
I will have a box to collect UNUSED minis. I am collecting minis to pass out at a trick or treat trail in town where over 1000 kids come through each year. I always fall a couple hundred minis short and am getting an early start this year in hopes to get a mini in the hands of every kid that comes through this year.
