About this tournament

This will be a PDGA Sanctioned Pro/Am C tier event.
Addison Oaks is allowing us to close the course for this event. We will have the pavilion by tee pad 3.
There is a $5 cost to enter the park.
NO CASHLESS PRE REG. PAID WAIT LIST ONLY (10 spots).
CHECK IN AT THE PAVILION NEAR TEE PAD 3 BEFORE REGISTRATION ENDS (0815 local time) OR FORFEIT YOUR SPOT.
I will post a "Players Meeting" on here (Comment section) closer the the event date.
We will play two rounds of 18.
All Open divisions and Advanced - Longs all day
AM2/All AM Age protected - Round 1 - Longs
Round 2 - Shorts
Remaining divisions - Shorts all day
NO Cashless registration.
MINIMUM OF 3 PER DIVISION (Women AND Jr's excluded) I will add any division based on this.
Disc Baron will be handling the payouts for this event. You will be contacted via email with your payout to be used at discbaron.com. You will receive the voucher (through your email) within 48 hours upon completion of the event.
All CASH payouts will be made via PayPal (no exceptions).
Once registration closes I will refunded everyone on the wait list and allow day of walk ups on a first come, first served basis. You will be added to the first available spot regardless of divisions for the first round.
I also accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Ethereum) if paying with cryptocurrency you will receive a free disc. Contact me for more information.
There will be the following deductions: Pdga, DB series, pavilion/course closed fee ($2/3/3) for a total of $8 per player.
You can change your division yourself, no need to post about it. This can be done from the players tab on here, your profile, or the email from registration.

Barrel Aged Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
There is a non-refundable $5 registration fee for refund requests (N/A for those on the WL when registration closes).
All refunds will be in USD regardless of payment method.
