DVO is here again!
The Disc Golf Dojo is excited to be working with Dinosaur Valley Disc Golf Course for another year of the DVO! Sean has put tons of work, thought, and heart into creating Dinosaur Valley and every year it shows at the Open!
Player Packs
Am players will get a huge haul of Dinosaur Valley gear this year including Discs, Shirts, Pins, and Minis!
Boost your glow bag with MVP's legendary Eclipse plastic! Players will be able to choose from Eclipse Proxy, Eclipse Resistor, or the hottest disc of 2023, the Neutron Glitch! All discs will feature a custom DVO stamp!
Sponsorship
Hole sponsorships are available for $30 with registration. All sponsored funds will help with players pack costs and add to payout.
Please also feel free to bring any CTP or other prizes that you would like to donate to the event as well!
Course Layouts
Both A and B pools will play first round from the red tees
2nd round A pool will play the blue tees and the B pool will play the white tees
A Pool is All Pro Divisions, MA1, MA40, MA50, MA2
B Pool is everyone else
Bonus Cash and Bounties
$100 added to Ace pot
$100 if you can find the hidden dinosaur on the course before the last card is turned in for the day.
$100 bounty if you can set the red tee course record....need to shoot 39 or better!
Win a Free Weekend at DV if you ace hole 10 from any tee!
$200 added to BOTH pro and Am payout!
Lunch
We will have $10 hot dog lunch plates available on site thanks to Timothy Darrough. Plates will include 2 large Hot Dogs, Chips, and a drink. Players will be able to include this lunch plate option with registration.
There will be options to purchase these items individually as well during lunch.
There is a Dollar General about 15 minutes away from the course and that is it. Prepare for lunch at the course!!
Overnight Camping
Free tent camping onsite
New Small RV park opened 1/4 mile down the road for anyone with campers.
Course Fun
We will have night golf the night before the event for those who are staying the night at the course! We will also have a Glitch only round after round 2 Saturday!
Entry Fee Breakdown
Pro - $10 Event Fees - $50 to Payout
Am - $40 to Player Pack and Event Fees - Any Additional to Payout (Varies by Division)
MA3, FA3, MA4, FA3, and all Junior divisions will play for player pack only. Any division with at least 3 players will play for a trophy!
