About this tournament
Since no one could find the club listing I have changed it to a tournament so yall can see the details. This Club will run EVERY Sat & Sun until Oct 10th! Come get some GLOW!
$30 gets you a numbered Glow in The Dark Bag Tag & you are eligible to throw all Saturday Glow rounds & Sunday Early Birdie Rounds. We will be rotating courses June 20th through Oct 10th. Beacon Hill & Dry Creek Trail. This is a total of 34 rounds, 17 Saturday night Glow & 17 Sunday morning Early Birdie rounds.
Half of your club membership fees will go into the ace pot for the club season. That's $15 per player totaling $750 in ace pot funds for the season. We will add $150 into the ace pot every month. But if its hit during the month, your buy in for ace pot will be the only ace pot amount available until the following month.
Saturday & Sunday ace pot buy in is $1 for club members. This fee is per round NOT per weekend.
Your additional funds go towards the cost of bag tags - $200; Glow Bracelets - $100; Upgraded basket lights - $450. This can only happen if all bag tags are purchased for this club. So please help make this happen as bag tags & bracelets have already been purchased! This means there is no money going to Dead Outside. This is all about the players that love glow & bag tag bragging rights!
CTP's will be available throughout the season & I have a pretty large stack right now but would love any donations from club members as well.
Club Rules:
Respect other club members. Just be kind.
Keep the pace of play. Have fun but don't slow down the rest of the field.
Be on time if you want to play. All Club members must check in & turn in their bag tag BEFORE the round. If you cant make it on time you miss the club round that night or morning.
Buy in for ace pot must take place BEFORE your round.
Ace pot buy in for club members is $1 per round. If you don't buy in you are not ace pot eligible.
Visitors are welcome to join us but must pay $5 per attending round & they are NOT eligible for ace pots but are eligible for CTP's.
Monthly Club communication will be sent to all players on start time of rounds & what course we will be playing at depending on sunset for that time of year. You can plan for around 8-8:30pm for Glow Rounds & 8-8:30am for Early Birdie Rounds.
