Welcome to Dayton Disc Golf presents
Freezer Bowl #2 SINGLES Charity Event

TEE OFF 10AM - 2PM:
➥Note: This is a charity event. The charity that will be benefiting from this event is the Feed the Creek
REGISTRATION:
●$20 PER PERSON
➥Note: $5 to Feed the Creek
●Optional: $5 50/50 ace fund
➥Note: 50% to Feed the Creek
●Optional: $5 For 5 mulligans
➥Note: 100% to Feed the Creek
FORMAT:
ONE ROUND - 19 HOLES
Singles
➥Note: MUST HAVE 3 PLAYERS TO DO A DIVISION.
SCORING -
● Official event scoring MUST be completed via uDisc
● Player names MUST be the full name of each registrant).
● A second score card is recommended to compare scores for validity.
➥Note: You MUST add Colton Conner (PDGA #130178) to your card on uDisc as well to sync scores with Tournament Director.
TEE TIMES 10AM-2PM:
● You will receive your tee Times the night before when you get to the park please. check in only 10 min before tee off.
➥Note: When your card has completed the round, check with Tournament Director Colton Conner & confirm scores for the round.
MULLIGANS:
● If you decide to use a mulligan your first shot is no longer valid you CANNOT use it any more.
➥Note: IF you ACE on a mulligan throw it DOES count towards the 50/50 ace fund.
ACE FUND
● Ace fund is 50/50.
If NO ace is hit 100% will be donated to Feed the Creek.
PAYOUT -
● All payouts for Amateur Divisions
➥ will be available January 24 - 12PM @ Hazy Shade Disc Golf and More
● All Professional (Open) Divisions
➥ will be available January 24 via PayPal or Venmo
● ACE / CTP payouts
➥ will be available January 24 via PayPal or Venmo

Dayton Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.Refunds will only be given before registration closes, no refunds after registration closes.
