REGISTRATION:
➥Note: MUST HAVE 3 PLAYERS TO A DIVISION.

●$20 PER PERSON
➥Note: $5 to charity.
●Optional: $5 - 50/50 ace fund
➥Note: 50% to charity. (If no ace is hit, 100% donated to the food pantry)
●Optional: $5 - For 5 mulligans
➥Note: 100% to charity.

PLEASE NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY THERE WILL BE NO DAY-OF SIGNUPS


FORMAT: Singles. 18 holes. ALL participants will be playing from the following tees - Hole 8 and Hole 11 will be played from the short tees. Hole 14 will be played from the long tee. All other holes will be played from their available tee.


COURSE PARTICULARS:
Out of Bounds are as follows:
Hole 1 - Parking lot on the left, on or over road on the right, on any structures and beyond white line of paint
Hole 2 - On or over road on the left
Hole 3 - On or over road
Hole 4 - On or over road to the right and beyond
Hole 5 - On or over road to the right
Hole 6 - On or over road beyond
Hole 7 - On or over road to the left and beyond
Hole 8 - (SHORT TEE) On or over road to the left
Hole 9 - Over fence on the left
Hole 10 - Surrounded by water
Hole 11 - (SHORT TEE) Surrounded by water and on or over road to the right
Hole 12 - On or over road
Hole 13 - On or over road
Hold 14 - (LONG TEE) On or over road to the right If you land in the drainage ditch there is optional relief for safety purposes - per cards agreement. Relief line will be marked with white paint
Hole 15 - On or over road to the left and beyond
Hole 16 - Parking lot to the left and water to the right
Hole 17 - Water to the right, on or under any structures to the left
Hole 18 - Water to the left, road or over to the right, and on or under any structures


SCORING :

● Official event scoring MUST be completed via UDisc.
● Player MUST use first & last name, AND a valid email during registration.
● A second PAPER scorecard is highly encouraged and recommended to compare scores for validity.


TEE OFF - SHOTGUN START AT 12:00 PM:

● You will receive your tee assignments via email shortly after registration closes. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND/OR OUR FACEBOOK PAGES - Dayton Disc Golf.
● All official scoring will be kept via UDisc.To help limit any discrepancies paper scorecards are, again, highly recommended for back-up and to compare scores before confirming.Paper scorecards will be available at the DDG tent.
➥Note: When your card has completed the round, check with Tournament Director to confirm your cards scores for the round.


MULLIGANS:

● If you announce a mulligan, you must use a mulligan. If a mulligan is used then your first shot is no longer valid. It is highly recommended that one person from each card should keep track of the use of mulligans. If there is any confusion on whether you or someone on your card, may or may not have donated the extra $5 for the 5 mulligans.. On your TEE assignment sheet there will be a little box added (checked on unchecked), confirming whether or not mulligans were purchased, by each competitor's name. Please refer to the tee time sheet, your event receipt, or the TD; if there are any further concerns or questions.
➥Note: IF you ACE on a mulligan throw it DOES count towards the 50/50 ace fund.


ACE FUND:

● Ace fund is 50/50.
If NO ace is hit 100% will be donated to the Dayton FoodBank Inc.


PAYOUT:

● All payouts for Amateur Divisions
➥ will be available by FEBRUARY 20th @ Hazy Shade Disc Golf and More or https://hazyshade.com/

● All Professional (Open) Divisions
➥ will be available by FEBRUARY 20th via PayPal or Venmo

● ACE payouts
➥ will be available by FEBRUARY 20th via PayPal or Venmo

Dayton Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.Refunds will only be given before registration closes, no refunds after registration closes.
