Welcome Everyone to the Dam Good Time 2: Washed Away at Deerfield Disc Golf Course in Cartersville, GA! Don't miss your chance to play the second iteration of our fun tournament at one of the most beautiful courses in Bartow County. Please Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances, this event will be played at Deerfield instead of the originally intended Etowah DGC
One round of play (20 Holes; Standard Layout). You can pick your tee time anywhere from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Ace Pot: Ace Pot buy-ins are to be made at Check-In ($5 Cash Only). If no one gets an Ace during the event, the Ace Pot will go into the Red Top League Fund to put towards any future improvements for the Bartow County courses.
Prizes: There will be a 1st Place Digital Gift Card to Reptilian Disc Golf for the winner of each Division (Division must have at least 3 participants).
Tiebreaker: There will only be tiebreakers for 1st in every division. In the case of a tie, the players must be back at Hole 1 within twenty minutes of being notified; failure to do so will result in forfeit. Once at Hole 1, the players will play Holes 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7 on repeat until a winner is crowned. Nolan D. Rodack or Matt White will act as the official for each Playoff. Every hole, the players will alternate the tee box.

Refund policy

All refund requests will be charged a $10 admin fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 48 hours to 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within the final 48 hours prior to the start of the event have the choice of either 25% refund or the player pack regardless of if the spot is taken.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
