Tournament Check-In: At the Innova tent.


Players Meeting: MANDATORY. Friday, Oct.16th @ 7pm. Facebook Live. If you are unable to watch the Players Meeting live it will be posted to our FB Page after. All players are required to watch the Players meeting.

Awards: Monday, Oct. 19th @ 1pm. Facebook Live. We will recognize the division winners. Trophies will be available for pickup post Round 2. Orbital Creations mini wood trophies for division winners and Full size wood Tour trophies for Tour winners!

Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 72 hours of completion of the event. Tour payouts will also be awarded to qualifying players.

Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. *note that 2020 DGVTour Buks must be redeemed in 2020. Tour payouts will also be awarded to qualifying players.

Acepot: $2 from each players registration goes to the acepot.

Tee Times (both days): Tee times will be posted on pdga.com by Thursday Oct. 15th for Saturdays round. After all players are off the course Saturday we will work as fast as we can to get tee times posted for Sundays round. Our hope is to have those posted before 8pm Saturday night. Competitors can visit pdga.com and go to events to see tee times. We will also post to the DGVT FB page. Please arrive approx. 20 mins before your tee time, check in and get setup for live scoring and have enough time to get to hole #1 and start your round at the scheduled tee time.


Tee Assignments: ( both rounds) ~ All Players from the cement/same tees on all holes.


Course OB/Notes: ~

Hole 1: Out of Bounds area roped off directly off the long tees to the right and over the driveway at the bottom of the hill.
Hole 3: Just past the basket is roped Out of Bounds.
Hole 4: Out of Bounds rope along the left side of the fairway.
Hole 5: Beyond the basket there is an Out of Bounds rope line.
Hole 6: Swamp area in front of tee box is a roped off Out of Bounds area.
Hole 14: Swamp on the left side is a roped off Out of Bounds area.
Hole 16: Swamp area just in front of the basket is a roped off Out of Bounds area.

Scoring: PDGA Live Scoring.

NO 2 meter rule.

NO Division changes after Thurs Oct. 15th @ 5pm.

Camping is available upon request. Players that are interested in camping need to call Base Camp Outfitters and arrange camping as the gate is locked to the camping area. (802)775-0166. No fee for camping.

IMPORTANT INFO:

- 1 guardian per junior player is allowed.
- If you are sick or feel sick you are required to stay home.
- Face Coverings are recommended when unable to social distance.
- We recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer.
- All players will be REQUIRED to social distance ( 6 feet apart) at all times.
- All players will be REQUIRED to only touch their own discs and equipment. This means when a player putts they will retrieve their disc before the next player putts.
- Players will be REQUIRED to not touch the basket .
- Players will be asked to not touch their face.
- No caddies.
-Socially distanced spectators are allowed. There is a limited number so make sure to check in with us prior to spectating.

DGVT merchandise: If you would like to purchase something from DGVT you can do so at the event. Member discs can be picked up at the event and you can cash in your Am payout at the event. We have a file box with your name if you have won any amateur payouts at a Tour event we will have that on file for you.

Disc Golf Vermont is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds will be provided up until Wednesday, October 14th at 5pm, after that time no refunds will be provided.
