Players Meeting: MANDATORY. I will host a FB Live Players Meeting on Wednesday,July 14th @ 4pm. All players are required to watch the Players Meeting at some point before competing in the event. The Players Meeting will be posted to the DGVT FB page, so you do not need to watch live. I am working on getting the YouTube channel up and running for those non-Facebook users.If you do not have a Facebook account then please try to coordinate with someone you know ( a friend, a player, a partner, a family member) that does have FB that would let you watch the Players meeting.

Awards: Sunday,July 18th we will do a LIVE Awards Ceremony for division winners immediately after last card is in!
Custom Orbital Creations trophies for divisions of at least 2 or more players!
All players will receive a 1 month FREE subscription to the Disc Golf Network. You will receive your code at event check-in!
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event.
Martells at the Red Fox will be adding :
$100 to MPO winner
$100 to MP40 winner
$50 to MP50 winner
Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit to the DGVT Pro Shop. 2020 and 2021 credit must be redeemed by Dec.31.2021.
Amateur Players Pack: Custom DGVT/Lawsons event towel, Lawsons coozie,Lawsons sunglasses. Pickup Saturday at Cold Hollow before or after the round.
Acepot: $1 from each players registration goes to the acepot. If there are no aces then the acepot will roll over to DGVTour #8. $346 rollover from previous events!
EDGE: $2 from each players registration goes to the Vermont EDGE Program. This program will enable DGVT to work with local schools and communities to build new courses and get discs in the hands of our youth.
Greens fees: $5 per player per day. Taken out of registration costs.
PDGA Btier per player fee: $3/per player. This is for all Btiers worldwide. Taken out of registration costs.
Porta Potty: At both courses and at Black Falls campground. $2/per player for weekend.

NO PARKING ON DUFFY HILL ROAD Saturday! Please carpool if possible as parking is limited. There is an over-flow lot just up the street, look for "Mountain View Signs".
Tee Times (all days): Tee times will be posted Thursday July 15th evening for Fridays round ( pdga.com). After all players are off the course Friday we will work as fast as we can to get tee times posted for Saturdays round. Our hope is to have those posted before 7pm Friday night. Again, visit pdga.com, go to events and find our event on the list and that is where you will find your tee time. When arriving for your tee time, please go directly to the scoring tent ( Look for the Innova tables ) and check in at least 20 minutes prior to your tee time. Players need to start at the listed tee time so that we do not create backups throughout the day, so PLEASE be prompt and tee at your EXACT tee time. We will be keeping an eye on this and assisting where needed.
Tournament Central at Cold Hollow is in the barn at hole #1 tee. Tournament Central at Black Falls is at Johnny's house which can be found by taking the path through the woods near hole #1 Silver tee.

Black Falls DGC:
Gold tee to Gold basket (both rounds) : MPO,FPO,MP40,MP50,MA40,MA1.
Silver tee to Silver basket ( both rounds): MA2,MA50,FA2,FA1,FA3,MA3,Juniors.
Cold Hollow:
Long tees: MPO,FPO,MP40,MP50,MA40,MA1,MA2,MA50.
Short tees: FA1,FA2,FA3,MA3,Juniors.
* note that holes #4,5,9,10 ,11 and 15 have shared long and short tees. Also note that if there are not 2 or more propogators on a tee assignment then players playing those tees will not get rated rounds.
Course Out of Bounds:
Black Falls DGC:
Hole 1: OB red stakes left side of fairway. If you go out of bounds on your drive play your next shot from the drop zone ( stakes below the pond). If you go out of bounds again then play your next shot where it crossed the out of bounds line.
Hole8: OB red stakes that share hole #1 OB line. If you go out of bounds play your next shot from the Drop Zone ( stakes).
Hole 11: OB red stakes.
Hole 12: OB red stakes.
Hole 16: MANDO tree is marked. All shots must pass to the left of the mandatory, if the Mando is missed re-tee with a 1 stroke penalty. OB also if on Black Falls road. Pin flags will mark the OB line.
Hole 17: OB painted line left side of fairway. OB also if on Black Falls road. Pin flags will mark the OB line.
Hole 18: OB ponds. Players re- tee from silver tee if disc lands in any of the three ponds. Also an OB line that is the shared OB line with hole #17.
Cold Hollow DGC:
Hole 1: The parking lot area and over the fence is out of bounds. You will see pin flags and a fence as the OB line.
Hole 2: The pond is OB.
PDGA Live Scoring: This is how each group will keep score. All players need to click on the link below to become familiar with PDGA Live Scoring.

Go Glow: Team on the Fly will be hosting 2 Glow events for this event. Thurs. July 15th there will be a Glow tournament at Cold Hollow DGC and Saturday July 17th there will be a glow tournament at Black Falls DGC. Stay tuned for more details on both!
DGVT merchandise: If you would like to purchase something from DGVT you can do so at the event. Member discs can be picked up at the event and you can cash in your Am payout at the event. We have a file box with your name if you have won any amateur payouts at a Tour event we will have that for you.
