Players Meeting: MANDATORY. Friday, July 10th 7pm. Facebook Live. If you are unable to watch the Players Meeting live it will be posted to our FB Page after. All players are required to watch the Players meeting.
Awards: Monday, July 13th 1pm. Facebook Live. We will recognize the division winners. Trophies will be available for pickup post Round 2. All division winners will win a custom Orbital Creations wood mini trophy! If you are a division winner then please grab your trophy at the Scoring Tent Sunday after your round.
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event. $750 Added Cash to Pro Divisions.
Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. DGVT will be working with those players to arrange curbside pickup at the next event and/or coordinating pickup at our shop here in Burlington. *note that 2020 DGVTour Buks must be redeemed in 2020. Amateurs will receive a players pack!
Acepot: $2 from each players registration goes to the acepot. Acepot is $500!!!
Tee Times (both days): Tee times will be posted on pdga.com Wednesday evening July 8th for Saturdays round. After all players are off the course Saturday we will work as fast as we can to get tee times posted for Sundays round. Our hope is to have those posted before 8pm Saturday night. Competitors can visit pdga.com and go to events to see tee times. We will also post to the DGVT FB page.

Porta Potty's will be present at the course and at the Camping area! There will also be running water available at the Camping area.
Course Out of Bounds:
Hole 1: OB painted line left side of fairway(wall). If you go out of bound on your drive play your next shot from the drop zone ( stakes below the pond). If you go out of bounds again then play your next shot where it crossed the out of bounds line.
Hole8: OB is painted line(wall). If you go out of bounds play your next shot from the Drop Zone ( stakes).
Hole 11: OB painted line on wall.
Hole 12: OB painted Line on wall.
Hole 17: OB painted line left side of fairway.
Hole 18: OB ponds. Players re- tee from silver tee if disc lands in any of the three ponds. Also an OB line that is the shared OB line with hole #17.

NO 2 METER RULE.
NO Division changes and NO refunds after registration closes Wednesday, July 8th @ 5:00pm.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- No caddies are allowed. 1 guardian per junior player is allowed.
- If you are sick or feel sick you are required to stay home.
- Face Coverings are recommended when unable to social distance.
- We recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer.
- All players will be REQUIRED to social distance ( 6 feet apart) at all times.
- All players will be REQUIRED to only touch their own discs and equipment. This means when a player putts they will retrieve their disc before the next player putts.
- Players will be REQUIRED to not touch the basket .
- Players will be asked to not touch their face.
DGVT merchandise: If you would like to purchase something from DGVT you can do so at the event. Member discs can be picked up at the event and you can cash in your Am payout at the event. We have a file box with your name if you have won any amateur payouts at a Tour event we will have that on file for you.

Refund policy
Disc Golf Vermont is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Full refunds will be provided until Wednesday, July 8th at 5pm. After that time no refunds will be given.
