Quarries DGC Websterville,Vermont
2 Rounds of 18 holes, 1 round per day
TD: Will Cleland & Chris Young

This event is open to Vermont residents only or to those that have quarantined for 2 weeks in Vermont prior to the event.

This is NOT a PDGA event. There is a very small chance we could get last minute PDGA sanctioning but at this time we do not have PDGA sanctioning in Vermont.

Tee Assignments: All divisions will play from the Blue tees both rounds except FA2 who will play from the white tees both rounds.

Players Meeting: MANDATORY. Friday, May 29th 7pm. Facebook Live. If you are unable to watch the Players Meeting live it will be posted to our FB Page after. All players are required to watch the Players meeting. 5 minutes prior to each tee players are expected to be at hole #1 for a quick recap of the rules and expectations.

Awards: Monday, June 1st 7pm. Facebook Live. We will recognize the division winners. Trophies will be available for pickup post event and DGVT will coordinate with all the division winners. All division winners will win a custom Orbital Creations wood mini trophy!

Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event.

Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. DGVT will be working with those players to arrange curbside pickup at the next event and/or coordinating pickup at our shop here in Burlington. *note that 2020 DGVTour Buks must be redeemed in 2020.

This is a Tee time event. Tee times will be posted before Friday,May 29th at 7pm for Saturdays round. After all players are off the course Saturday we will work as fast as we can to get tee times posted for Sundays round. Our hope is to have those posted between 9-10pm Saturday night. ALL players are prohibited from arriving more than 10 minutes before the posted tee time and will be expected to leave within 10 minutes after the round scores have been submitted. Tee times will run every 15 minutes from 8:15Am until 3:45 pm both days. Groups of 3 players per tee time. We will do our best to group all players within their respective division but if there are 4 players in a division than on Sunday ( for example) the player that shot the worse score will have to be grouped elsewhere. Again, we will do our best but understand that we are limited here in what we can do.

Scoring: https://www.facebook.com/pg/DiscGolfVermont/posts/?ref=page_internal

We will using UDisc for score keeping. If you are a PDGA member you have a FREE UDisc account. For those that do not have UDisc, you will want to get the UDIsc application for this event. The top player on each card will be the official scorekeeper. We strongly urge someone else on the card to also keep score digitally or manually with a personal card so that there is a backup card to check against throughout the round and at the end of the round. When the round is complete the players will be asked to check in at the garage with Will Cleland to make sure the digital card is submitted correctly.

Acepot: $2 from each players entry fee will go into the acepot. If no aces are hit the pot will roll over to the next DGVTour event. Acepot payouts will be awarded via Paypal.

No Division changes after registration closes Wed. May 27th at 10pm.

OUT OF BOUNDS: All quarry's. You might find a large puddle on the course in which case that is casual water and a player may take relief in line with the target straight back from the casual water with no penalty. Hole #15 you will see OB flags lining the left side of the fairway, if you find yourself in that area you take a 1 stroke penalty and play 1 meter in from the OB line where the disc crossed into OB. You will also see an OB area near the basket of #15. Where the pin flags end the ob line continues in a straight line from the last 2 pin flags. This area will also be flagged and you will take 1 meter from the OB line where it crossed and a 1 stroke penalty. On hole #5 there are a few shelves that you could potentially land on and are not safe to play from. If you find yourself on one of these you will get a free drop from the white tees with no penalty.
