Cold Hollow Friday League: Random Draw Doubles. $10 buy in. $5 optional acepot ( acepot is typically BIG!). Drawing teams at 5pm sharp! Full Flight Subs will be onsite Friday serving up tasty sandwiches for League.
Glow Golf: Friday Night! Team on the Fly will be doing a Go Glow event that you wont want to miss.
Saturday Night Live Music: Joe Agnello and friends will be joining us for live music on Saturday night.
Vermont Federal Credit Union & Pine Grove Organics will be onsite with giveaways for the players!!
Food Truck: Sessions will be serving up delicious eats on both Saturday and Sunday. Attached Sessions link below:

Camping: Will be offered onsite. Players can register for camping on the registration page. $15 per night.
Chair Massage: Will be offered to the players! Thai massage and Swedish massage will be available and she will be working for tips only - stop by before or after your round!
CTP: We will have CTP's on Saturday for the amateur divisions! Make sure to check the list at the check in table outside the DGVT trailer.
Grip Bag raffle: We will be raffling off 2 Grip bags!
Players Meeting: Week of emails will be sent out with event info. and updates. The DGVT mobile Pro Shop will serve as Tournament Central.
Amateur Player Pack: PDGA requires a minimum $10 amateur player pack item for B-tiers. We lean towards lower player pack costs/items and more into payouts. All amateurs will receive a custom Cold Hollow Classic pin ! We will have about 15 extra for sale for any Pros that are interested in purchasing one.
Awards: As divisions finish we will give out trophies to division champs once all scores in that divisions have been finalized and received.
Trophies: 1st place in divisions with 3 or more players when registered by Sept. 1st. Custom Pyrohyzer glass trophies!
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event.
Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and a DGVT merchandise voucher will be filed in our system for those players. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit to the DGVT Pro Shop. Credit must be redeemed by Dec. 31,2025. Pro shop will be onsite. Credit cannot be used online and we do not ship, so plan to use your credit onsite or at a 2025 DGVTour event you attend. Payouts will be posted here on the event dgscene page within 48 hours of completion of the tournament ( look in the Results section).
DGVTour Acepot: $1 from each players registration goes to the acepot. If there are no aces then the acepot will roll over to DGVTour Finals. $116 rollover from DGVTour #9&10 .
GO BIG Acepot: $5/per player optional acepot. If you put in you have a chance to win. Players will have the option to include this at registration. If no one in the GO BIG acepot gets an ace then the money will roll over to the GO BIG acepot at DGVTour Finals. $280 rollover from DGVTour #9-10 . Current GO BIG Acepot as of 9/8 totals: $665!
EDGE: $2 from each players registration goes to the Vermont EDGE Program. This program will enable DGVT to work with local schools and communities to build new courses and get discs in the hands of our youth.
DGVTour fee: $4 from each players registration goes to the Tour to help us with an array of items such as end of the season trophies, end of the season payouts, sanctioning fees, park fees, supplies, staff and much more.
PDGA Fee: B-tier fee is $4/player.
Greens/Facilities Fee: $10 per player.
Playoffs: In the event of a playoff for 1st place, the format will be sudden death and playing the course in order beginning at hole 1.

Longs ( both rounds): MPO,FPO,MP40,MP50,MP60,MA1,FA1,MA40,MA50,MA60,MA2.
Shorts (both rounds): FA40,FA2,FA3,MA3,MA70,FJ8,FJ12.
Out of Bounds: All Out of Bounds will be listed on the PDGA Live digital scorecard. They also are here...
Hole 1: Out of Bounds on left side of the fairway. Parking lot area and fence line and beyond. Parking lot area is marked with paint and left side of fairway past parking lot is marked by a fence. If in the Out of Bounds area a player will take a 1 stroke penalty and play from where last in bounds .
Hole 2: Pond is Out of Bounds and marked by white stakes. If in the Out of Bounds area a player will proceed to the marked Drop Zone with a 1 stroke penalty. Drop Zone is near the ditch as you approach the green.
Hole 3: Out of Bounds on the left side of the fairway, continuing up past the green. OB is marked by white stakes. Left and beyond of white stakes is OB. If disc lands OB, play next shot from where last in bounds with a 1 stroke penalty.
Hole 9: The stream area is Out of Bounds and plays like a river. If you land in the OB area ( in between the white stakes) you will take a 1 stroke penalty and play your next shot from where you were last in bounds. Note that the OB area splits into 2 sections near the bridge. Also note that the OB area "bubbles out" in area that is steep and dangerous near hole 11. The OB line is shared with hole 11 in this area.
Hole 10: Stream area is out of bounds and plays like a river. If disc is in the out of bounds area ( in between the white stakes) a player will take a 1 stroke penalty and play from where disc was last in bounds.
Hole 11: Out of Bounds runs along the left side of the fairway and continues up to the left of the green, marked by white stakes. Shots that go left of the white stakes are OB and a player will take the next shot from where the disc was last inbounds with a 1 stroke penalty. The muddy area that is flagged is a relief area, if you land in that area do not play from there. You will take your next shot from the DZ area marked to the left with no penalty.
Hole 18: Out of Bounds is marked by white stakes. If a shot lands OB, take the next shot from where it was last inbounds with a 1 stroke penalty. Stakes and beyond are Out of Bounds.
PDGA Live Scoring: This is how each group will keep score. All players need to click on the link below to become familiar with PDGA Live Scoring. Download the ap " PDGA Live" on your personal device and be prepared ahead of time.

DGVT merchandise: If you would like to purchase something from DGVT you can do so at the event. Member discs can be picked up at the event and you can cash in your Am payout at the event. We will have your payout on file if you have won any amateur payouts at a Tour event we will have that for you. Must redeem am payouts by the end of the calendar year. We do not ship payouts, so make sure to use your credit onsite at one of our events.

Refund policy
Disc Golf Vermont is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Early registration $20 is non-refundable. PDGA refund policy will be followed. A fee of $10 will be applied to all refund requests as specified in the PDGA Policy.
Summary:
100% refund if withdrawn at least 30 days before the event date.
50% refund if withdrawn at least 15 days prior to the event date.
25% refund if withdrawn before 48 hours prior to the event date.
No refunds for withdrawals within 48 hours of the event start.
Exception: A full refund will be given if a player's spot is filled from the waitlist.
