This year will be the 43nd annual Discraft Great Lakes Open. Both MPO and FPO will play at Toboggan Disc Golf Course.

Regional Qualifiers:
- United States Amateur Disc Golf Championship: The winner of the 2025 USADGC will qualify for DGLO.
- Discraft's CCR Open: Top MPO and top two FPO finishers not already qualified or registered will qualify for DGLO.
