On the weekend of October 26th & 27th, 2024 Fox Meadow Golf Course will play host to the fifth and final stop of the 2024 DGPEI Event Series.
This 2-day, 3-round PDGA-sanctioned C-Tier event will continue to highlight our player-first approach to hosting events. Including awesome prizes from our 2024 Tour partners and a fun player social on Saturday evening. Presenting sponsor, Lone Oak, will be providing lunch between rounds, as well as some food and drinks for our player social. Please include any dietary restrictions during registration. Lunch will be available at the clubhouse. Pro divisions can purchase lunch for an additional $10 during registration. Refreshments will be provided.
As mentioned above, we'll be hosting a player social with some free food and drinks provided. On top of this, we'll also be featuring photos from this year's event series, and recognizing each of our divisional winners. If you're able to make it, we'd love to have you join!
The Ace Pot was not claimed during our Hillcrest event in September, which means $175 carried over to the Fox Meadow event. With additional ace pot entries for this event, the pot is expected to be 400+!
A minimum of $250 will be added to both the Pro purse and the Amateur prize pool.
MPO, MP40 and MA1 will each play their three rounds on Blue layout. All other divisions will play the Red layout for all three rounds. These layouts will be an updated version compared to last year, as there will be construction going on at Fox Meadow this Fall, eliminating the original front nine. These new layouts will be made available for practice rounds no later than Wednesday, October 23rd.
Registration opens on Thursday, September 26th. In keeping with DGPEI's goals of getting more women and girls in sport, all non-PDGA member fees for female-identifying players will be waived and fully covered by DGPEI in an effort to reduce any barriers to getting involved in disc golf!
