    Early player check-in.
    Check-in is required prior to your first tee time for the event on Friday.

    (PLAYERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN ON THURSDAY.) This is just to give players the option to skip the line and check-in early.

    Amateurs are encouraged to check-in early to have the best variety for their players packs. This is first come, first serve. There will be plenty of options however, things can get picked over quickly so if you have a specific disc in mind early check-in is a must.

    Greens fees are waived for all competitors playing in the DGMT event. This will be reimbursed at check-in.

    Poker Tournament!
    $20 buy in.
    Custom poker chips. Custom Poker table toppers.
    This will be paid out in merchandise of winners choice. Players can buy in up to two times. Players can get up at any time and cash out. This is always a blast. Your assistant TD is a professional Poker dealer from Las Vegas. It’ll be legit.

Welcome to the 3rd Annual Maple Hill Masters Generated By Grit Discs.
This event is open to all divisions this is a DGMT partnership event.

This is a three day, three round, tee-time event.

What is the DGMT?
The DGMT is a Masters only tour. The finale for this tour is in Marion, NC at North Cove in Oct. To learn more please be sure to check out our website.

$50 greens fees
$5 from each entry fee goes towards the DGMT finale.
$5 to the pdga
$5 goes towards trophies and player food.
Members will have their greens fees reimbursed at player check-in. Maple Hill is responsible for this.

If your division is a 55 or 65 division you must have 3+ players to keep the division otherwise you will be dropped down to the nearest age division.

Practice day Monday-Wednesday
Greens fees are $30 early in the morning.
Then they’re $10 later in the day. Please check out the website for this information.
Women play free on Wednesday.
Thursday is a FREE practice day please book your tee-time through the website and you’ll be reimbursed if it is a free practice day at the club house when you check-in.

Refund policy

Disc Golf Master's Tour is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Official closure date of this event is August 22nd, 2025.

Your spot must be filled to be eligible for a refund. After August 5th.
$10 handling fee for all refunds.
No refunds on sponsorships or TD tips.
No refunds on apparel after July 4th, 2025.

No full refunds will be fulfilled after August 5th, 2025. Unless your spot is filled.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player's spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player's pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event's published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player's spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund of their entry fee or just the player's pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund. If a TD fills a player's spot with a player on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, but more than 48 hours prior to the start of play, that player must receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
