DEPC MatchPlay is a several weeks long team match play tournament competing for free entry to the 2021 Down East Players Cup A-tier, October 22-24. The exact schedule and number of teams will depend on registration, final schedule will be released once registration closes. All competitors will receive a custom shirt players pack, each team will receive a different color shirt. All competitors will have access to early registration for the DEPC, match play will conclude after tournament registration has opened so the winning team will receive a full refund.
Each team will have a captain responsible for drafting their team in a live draft held on the afternoon of April 4th. They will also organize team communication and deciding on weekly seedings and matchups. Team captains must be a current PDGA member with a current rating.
Format: 1 match a week, you and your opponent are responsible for scheduling the match. Each match is 18 holes.
Scoring: Win is 3 points, tie is 1 point, loss is 0.
