DDGA Itinerary
Camping Check In: Friday, May 19th 2017
Camping check in is from 12 noon – 9pm.
We will provide one fire pit & ring in T2, where camping will be.
Upon arrival in the Valley (bottom of the mountain), campers can follow the signs for “Smoking Hole Rally Registration”. Someone will greet them at the camping entrance.
Cost for camping is $5 and campers must pay upon arrival. Once they pay they will be given a camping wristband.
Anyone looking to play on Friday needs to come to the Summit Lodge Administration Office to sign a waiver, pay the $5 fee, and get a ride to the basket.

Camping Info:
Yes, you may drink beer as long as the individual is 21yrs and older.
You may bring outside beverages for camping and the Valley and Skyline Course.
Outside alcohol beverages are not permitted on our licensed property which is all of our Lodges, hard scaped areas around the Lodges and all of the Vista Trail.
If someone arrives after 9:00pm they should contact our security officer who is on duty from 5pm to 5am. They can text the officer at 610.349.2594. He will direct them to the appropriate area. They will either pay the officer or an individual with the Smoking Hole Rally.
Please try to make this an infrequent scenario.
We will set up a fire ring well stocked with wood for the night. We will set up a second ring in advance if the number of campers warrants the effort.
Overnight questions should be directed to the security officer but he will not be the informational point of contact for the tournament or disc golf.

Those who want to disc golf on Friday need to be at the Summit Lodge Admin office to pay and sign a waiver by 3:00 pm if they would like to be driven to top of Skyline Park.
The lift will be closed on Friday. Blue Mountain Disc Golf Ranger will be driving the players to the top.
If they want to play the Valley Park course, they will need to be at Admin by 4:30 pm, after that the office will be closed.
All personnel must pay, sign a release, and be off the courses by sunset on Friday.
Yes, you will be paying for the courses unlike Saturday when it is free of charge.

Tournament Event Date: Saturday, May 20th, 2017
8:00 AM: Sign Up @ Slopeside Bar
Players will order lunch at this time. After calculating cost we will send him a bill after the event.
We will leave an 8 foot table and two chairs outside for use.

9:00 AM: Player Meeting @ Slopeside Bar
We will shuttle players from Summit to the Valley.
9:30 AM: Round 1 @ Skyline Park Tee 1 (Tee Time: Group per 10 minutes)
Skyline will be closed to the public at this time.
Lifts start at 9:45am.
12:00: Lunch (One hour after last card) – Trails End Bar
Choice of super sub or wrap. Players will decide at 8:00am.

1:00 or 2 PM: Round 2 @ Valley Park (Shotgun Start)
Valley Park will be closed to the public at this time.
5:00 PM: Pick up from the Valley. Distance & Putting Contest (Location: Vista Trail)
We will pick up disc golfers from Valley and transport them up to the Summit. At this point disc golfers will go out to the Vista trail for putting & distance contest.
6:00 PM: Awards Ceremony @ Slopeside Bar, Followed by Dinner.
Outside area is reserved.
Podium will be set up at bar.
Plan for 30 guests.
Camping Check Out: Most campers will be checking out Saturday. Some may stay until Sunday. If anyone wants to camp Saturday into Sunday, they must check in at the True Blue Summit or Valley to pay and receive a wristband.
Additional notes: We will provide three water coolers day of.
DDGA player’s disc golfing on Sunday (if any) will be charged the regular disc golf fee of $5.
Cost for competitors and food and beverage will be charged at the end of the event.
