About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Crossover Disc Golf presents: "Crossover Heat Wave Classic 2023". This will be a 3 event series. These will be PDGA C-Tiers.
The order of the events will be:
#1 - Williamsburg 7/16
#2 - Cowan Lake 8/5
#3 - Millikin 9/3
This series of events will be 2 round tournaments with a shotgun start. They will start at 930a. Players will receive an email by Thursday the week of each event.
These events are going to be simple for this time of year. The cost for all divisions is $35. Everyone will play the same layout.
There needs to be at least 3 players in a division to field one, unless otherwise approved by the TD's. Players will be moved to the next best option for divisions when needed.
Players will be given points based on how they finish at each Heat Wave Classic and the winner of each division at the conclusion will win a prize.
All Open players will play for cash, and all AM's for Crossover Cash.

Refund policy
Crossover Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refund requests must be submitted 48 hours before tee off to be eligible for full refund. Anything after that is up to CODG to refund partial/full requests.
